Internet improv? YES&! We teach Teleprov and F.L.I. Technique Classes which is on-camera improv because a shift in the world has taken place. Online improv is NOT the same as live in-person improv and that is not necessarily a bad thing. It is simply a different thing. Just as there are so many things you can do in person that you can not do online, the reverse is also true. Through the use of technology we can do amazing things once we honor the shifting tide. Instead of merely attempting to replicate what we once did, we have truly seized the moment and leaned in to the possibilities of online improv. This is how Teleprov came about. Below you will find our 4 level training program for Teleprov and the F.L.I. technique. Both of these lend themselves to online improv classes very well. Come try a sample of our special blend of internet improv. We know you will LOVE your experience.

As improvisors, the more we master the tools of our trade, the stronger we become at this artform and the more fun we have. This course is designed for improvisors and actors looking to hone their performance craft in front of the camera and for stage improvisors looking to make the transition to online improv. You will learn Moment Improv’s signature approach to online performance using the F.L.I. Technique. F.L.I. stands for Fixed Lens Improvisation and it is the key to bringing your online performances alive. Break the limitations of sitprov and boxprov. By learning how to setup your space, using the frame, and to use camera angles you will become better storytellers.
In this class you will dive into Moment Improv’s signature approach to online improvisation. The F.L.I. Technique (Fixed Lens Improvisation) is a long-form improv approach that will teach you how to create improvised on-camera stories that the audience will care about. You will learn how to make conscious camera choices to aid in the narrative story telling process while strengthening your improv skills. The camera picks up everything, which makes it an amazing training tool. It forces the artist to create the work from the inside-out bringing a sense of honesty to your improv.
